The W.S. TrainingCenter mission statement

As materials specialists, we have extensive technical knowledge and practical expertise in metallic materials, heat treatment, materials engineering, and destructive and non-destructive materials testing (NDT).

Through our training and qualification programmes, we pass on our knowledge and skills to our course participants. At W.S. TrainingCenter, quality comes before quantity. This means we work with:

• highly qualified and motivated instructors who regularly develop their technical and teaching skills, and of whom we are proud,
• well-equipped classrooms for theoretical instruction using modern teaching methods,
• informative training materials and modern teaching concepts, and
• a wide range of modern testing equipment for practical exercises.

Understanding through hands-on experience

For this reason, our teaching approach combines theory and practice in a balanced way. At W.S. TrainingCenter, we see ourselves as problem-solvers and support each participant individually to achieve the best possible learning outcomes.

Through our qualification programmes, we take social responsibility and support

• people seeking a new career direction, including support with entering the mainstream labour market and individual guidance, and
• companies wishing to qualify their employees and provide continuing education, including support with planning qualifications.

Our continuing education customers are people who wish to develop professionally or pursue a new career direction and are eligible for funding from the employment agency or Jobcenter.

We are certified as a continuing education provider under AZAV and have used a comprehensive quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 for many years, continuously improving it. When designing our programmes, we align their content and objectives with the current needs of the training and labour markets.

Feedback and regular dialogue with participants, the authorities, agencies and funding bodies involved, and companies enable us to continually improve our services and programmes and meet labour market needs.

We respect and value the individuality of every participant and every member of our staff. We are always open to constructive dialogue. We enjoy the ongoing challenge of developing our company and pursue it with great commitment.

Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our participants and customers. Advising and supporting our participants and customers before, during and after our qualification programmes is very important to us.
