Not every testing task is standard
That is why we have our own modern workshop, where we can manufacture samples, reference blocks, gauges and custom-made items quickly, precisely and in accordance with standards.
Our workshop combines conventional metalworking with modern CNC and waterjet technology. This allows us to manufacture individual test samples as well as small batches economically. Our manufacturing capabilities are complemented by optical measuring technology for precise 2D measurements and our extensive expertise in materials testing and non-destructive testing.
A particular focus is the manufacture and measurement of acceptance gauges for railway wheels, flat-bottom and grooved rails, crane rails and rail profiles for switches and crossings. Our CAD-controlled waterjet cutting system also allows us to machine demanding geometries with high precision while being gentle on the material.
