Precise cutting, precise measurement
The waterjet cutting system in our sample workshop is complemented by an optical multisensor measuring instrument with a high-resolution CCD colour camera (measuring microscope).
This allows us to measure parts up to 500 mm x 600 mm with an accuracy of 0.005 mm and certify to our customers that the product conforms to the dimensions in the CAD drawing.
For the railway sector, this combination of equipment enables us in particular to manufacture and check acceptance gauges for:
- Rails, including flat-bottom rails, grooved rails, crane rails and many more
- Rails for switch and crossing structures
- Wheel gauges
- Adjustment blocks for checking NDT equipment in workshops
Annual routine monitoring is, of course, also part of our service.
