This data protection statement informs users about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of data by the responsible provider (W.S. Werkstoff Service GmbH

Access data / server log files
The provider (or its web space provider) collects data every time that the offering is accessed (so-called server log files). Access data includes:

Dealing with personal data

Newsletter
We use the WS newsletter to inform you about us, current activities and special offers.
If you wish to receive the newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address and information that will enable us to check that you are the owner of the stated e-mail address, or that the owner agrees to receiving the newsletter. No further data will be collected. This data will only be used for sending the newsletter and not passed on to third parties.
When you register to receive the newsletter, we will save your IP address and the date of registration. This is only done for evidence purposes in the event that a third party misuses an e-mail address and registers to receive the newsletter without the knowledge of the authorized user.
You can withdraw your consent to the data and e-mail address being saved and used for sending the newsletter at any time. This can be done via a link in the newsletter itself, in your profile section or by sending a message to the contact options listed above.
Inclusion of third-party services and content
Third-party content such as YouTube videos, material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites may be incorporated into this online offering. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) are aware of the user’s IP address as, without this IP address, they cannot send the content to the user’s browser. For the formation of target groups, we use, among other things, the Google Remarketing customer reconciliation feature.
